If there is inclement weather on the day of the event we are able to reschedule for a future date or you may receive a full refund.
All payments are made through PayPal or Venmo. A $75 deposit is required to hold reservation.
Our bounce houses can be set up on grass, turf, asphalt and concrete. We will not set up on wet grass after it has rained. We cannot set up on other rock material due to bounce house material. Bounce area should be a flat area where kids can safely jump and play.
Yes, if location is within 15 mins. There will be a flat $50 fee if location is further than 15 mins from Lancaster, Pa
Yes, our bounce houses are insured. Our bounce requires electrical hook-up. Please ensure the park has hook up prior to party.
Yes, we wash and sanitize each bounce house after use.
Each bounce house is inspected prior to use and after use. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you may be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower which can cost thousands of dollars. It is important to read the safety rules prior to the event so that the bounce house rental runs smoothly. Our contract/safety rules are attached on receipt invoice.
Our bounce houses require a $75Â non-refundable deposit to secure the date. This deposit will then go towards the full balance of the rental.
We are currently only traveling within a 30 minute radius (delivery fee will apply if further than 15mins) from Lancaster, Pa.
The bounce can rented for a total of 4 hours not including set up. Any additional hour will be a $10 fee. You can rent for a total of 12 hours daily.
